My First Job Was
My first job was as a babysitter for families who lived in our neighborhood. I’ve always liked taking care of people, and later became an elementary school teacher. My next jobs were at a craft store, a party supply store, and a gift basket company. It’s no surprise that I’ve always loved crafting good experiences for people.

Best Advice I’ve Received
I had a mentor who said “don’t make a decision until you have to.” It’s wise advice that I still use.

Valuable Lessons I’ve Learned
One of my most valuable lessons is to make sure that schedules match across all the documents of a project.
