BLK RVA

BLK RVA is an initiative of Richmond Region Tourism. This campaign was created to highlight and celebrate the Black cultural experience in the Richmond Region. Black community, Black business, and Black culture continue to flourish in this region, making it more vibrant than ever before.

InUnison collaborates closely with BLK RVA to uplift and empower black-owned businesses in Richmond, Virginia. By enhancing their presence on the Find Local map, providing essential business resources, and fostering connections within a dynamic network of locally owned enterprises, we aim to provide invaluable support for the prosperity of our black-owned businesses. Notably, in 2023, InUnison and BLK RVA joined forces to grant premium membership scholarships to two deserving BLK RVA businesses.

Bridging Virginia

Bridging Virginia aims to increase inclusive economic opportunities by supporting organizations with flexible solutions, affordable capital, and technical assistance.

Bridging Virginia was formed in 2020 as an effort to support Black, women, and minority-owned small businesses that had been disproportionately hurt by the economic impact of coronavirus (COVID-19). Soon after starting, the team recognized a more permanent need for access to affordable capital and services for small businesses in historically marginalized communities.
