What’s the first thing you do every morning to set the tone for your day?
Take a hot shower

What tool, object, or ritual could you not live without in your workday?
I need to have upbeat music and listen to great podcast like Promote Yourself to CEO with Rachael Cook, Start Here NewsSide Hustle or any other entrepreneur podcast.

How did you come up with the name for your business?
I got inspired by the name of my son. His name is Sebastian and DON means Mr. in Spanish so Don Sebastian was perfect!

How did you get the idea for your business?
I got the idea from the reactions of people once they tried our home made salsas. This salsa has been around since the early 1900’s when my husbands grandmother would make it for her family members.

What does the world need more of?
We need more unity, love, tolerance, acceptance, compassion, and understanding.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
Time travel, I love history.

What’s your favorite thing to do in Richmond when you’re not in your business?
Support local restaurants.

What’s your hidden talent?
I’m very good at imitating people.. like theatrical role play.

What was the first concert you ever attended?
I went to see Luis Miguel in Caracas

Who do you look up to and why?
l look up to successful female entrepreneurs. I’m constantly learning, researching, exploring, and applying what I learn.

What do you love most about Richmond?
Richmond is a foodie town and very supportive to local businesses. I also love how close it is to different points of interest such as the mountains, beaches, Washington, DC etc..

What’s the best thing about being a local business owner? 
I have a deeper connection with the community which allows me to provide great local products and superior customer service.
