What did you want to be as a child?
I wanted to be an entrepreneur. I didn’t know that’s what it was called, but I knew I wanted to build my own businesses.

What is the most popular item you sell?
The most popular item we sell is definitely Double Chocolate Pretzeltopia

What local business can you not live without?
Right now I’m having a hard time living without the cornbread from Big Herm’s Kitchen on 2nd St.

What’s the first thing you do every morning to set the tone for your day?
Most mornings it’s be still, sip coffee, read something that helps move me forward personally or in my businesses.

What tool, object, or ritual could you not live without in your workday?
Tool I couldn’t do without during my workday would be Spotify. All things that get me moving and keep me grooving are in that app. Music and podcasts all day!

How did you come up with the name for your business?
It actually started off as a joke when we were trying to decide what words to use and how many words the name should have. We started joking around with our middle names. But we said it so much that one day we were like, “This is actually the name we should go with.” Lammar is my middle name.

How did you get the idea for your business?
That’s a secret ????

What does the world need more of?
Compassion. A great deal of Love. And lots of gratitude.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
Teleportation! Who has time for traffic haha

What’s your favorite thing to do in Richmond when you’re not in your business?
My favorite thing to do when I’m not in my business is eat food from other local businesses in RVA. I’m a HUGE foodie. LOVE the local food spots.

What’s your hidden talent?
I would say my hidden talent is being a DJ. I was heavy into being a DJ for 12 or 13 years. I focused mainly on weddings but because I started off in bars and clubs and built a name for myself I got the opportunity to open for Hank Williams Jr, Boyz II Men, Ludacris, and Kool & The Gang.

What was the first concert you ever attended?
New Edition

Who do you look up to and why?
Gary Vee and Eric Thomas. Both build something massive from scratch.

What’s the best thing about being a local business owner?
The best thing about being a local business owner is the community. Being part of the community. Meeting all kinds of different folks and hearing their stories.
